Terms of Use

FS Missions is a persistent flight-simulation career platform for Microsoft Flight Simulator and X-Plane: GPS-verified missions and campaigns, virtual airline management, an aircraft marketplace, and a companion Windows tracking application. The service is provided as a subscription and requires an active internet connection and, once your account is activated (see below), your own copy of a compatible simulator.

Creating a pilot account is free. Full access to FS Missions requires an active subscription, billed either monthly or annually — your choice at checkout. The exact price for each plan is always shown before you subscribe.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can change plan, update your payment method, or cancel at any time from your Profile page, which links to our secure Stripe Customer Portal.

Monthly plan: billed automatically at the start of each period. No refunds are issued for a monthly payment already taken. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Annual plan: billed in full at the time of purchase for a 12-month period. No refunds are issued for any remaining, unused part of an annual period. Cancelling stops the subscription from renewing after the current 12 months; you keep full access until that period ends.

If you were charged due to a technical error on our side (for example, a duplicate charge), contact info@fsmissions.com and we will investigate and, where the fault is confirmed to be ours, issue a full refund.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. All payment data (card numbers, billing details) is handled directly by Stripe and is never stored on FS Missions servers.

Access requires a verified account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Each account is licensed to a single pilot; sharing your account with other people is not permitted and may result in suspension.

You agree not to use FS Missions to falsify flight data, GPS position, or mission results, or for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or that exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage over other pilots or virtual airlines.

We aim for high service availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect the platform. No refunds or credits are issued for brief service interruptions.

All content, design, code and branding of FS Missions are the property of their respective owners. Microsoft Flight Simulator and X-Plane are trademarks of their respective owners (Microsoft/Asobo Studio and Laminar Research). FS Missions is an independent, unofficial companion platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by either company.

We collect only the data necessary to provide the service (account email, flight/mission history, in-game economy data). We do not sell personal data to third parties. For any privacy question, contact info@fsmissions.com.

FS Missions is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to loss of career progress or interruptions to service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered pilots by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
